Default DXAR + Downgrade downloader

Ok, this is a Windows program idea...

It will download the SHA-1 verified DXAR for an OE released and copy it the correct location on the psp...Be it 3.03 OE-C or 3.10-OE A' or whatever ...

Also it will download downgraders for various PSP firmwares...Comments?

Too bad that's illegal.

The DATA.DXAR file is illegal to distribute, therefore making your program and hosting company illegal. Plus, it then can't be hosted on this site.

Ok, perhaps a program to do all of the above, but instead of the DXAr, it downloads the pbp's and copies the correct installer files

Because all the ones I ever saw, make you download either all the files @ once, or the specific ones on your own...Also look @ my other post I made recently please HardDrive and comment on it.

Perhaps. However, I feel that if somebody can't install homebrew themselves, they don't deserve it . j/king

That's a good idea, but it'll be a lot of work. Heck, there's already pre-made packs that you extract, make the dxar and go.

Well, think of this: You want it as automated as possible...You load the program on your PC, then select what you want to install, it then proceeds to downloading the files...Copies the files to your PSP, you run the file. Then it deletes the maker, copies the DXAR to the installer folder, go to your PSP, run the installer...Off you go. The others involve more annoying steps...

The steps would go:
1) Load program
2) Select firmware to install
3) Select from a list of available downgraders if needed - Program downloads.
4) Downgrade
5) Program downloads new firmware files
6) Program copies the DXAR maker
7) You run it
8) The program deletes the files that are no longer needed along with copies the installer and dxar
9) run the installer
10) The program deletes the installer files and so forth.

Holding people's hands just leads to more silly questions later since they never bothered to read the readme...

Default No need for readme

There wont be any need for one...Since the program will direct everything possible. It's an idea. My real idea is a Flash0 cleaner...That will support a plug-in system. : PSPFree-up?

There is always a need for a readme, if only to teach people that they should read the readme.

We need more apps that are useful IMO - please, no more copy+paste applications. Users who can't do that shouldn't be using custom firmware.
