Question noob question

Im starting to venture into the world of psp development. I have a small noobish querry tho. Are C/C++ and LUA the only languages that can run on a psp?

You can write code for PSP in assembly too. Java and Python work somewhat, but not to the extent to be able to do something useful.

I was about to say, the PSP's first MMO was programmed in python, thats a bloody big leap. Essentially you could program in almost any language as long as you were prepared to write an interpreter.

But generally C++ and Lua are the most commonly used and supported, so unless you have knowledge of other languages, your better off starting there.

Going through the internet browser, you can also code in Flash's ActionScript and JavaScript, but these are SLOWWWW

o i see. yea python sounds foreign to me. but with java i do have some experience. C/C++ seems the best to use, considering all the stuff that is programmed through it.
