when i type in make, it gives me an error about my cygwin1.dll

this is what it looks like:

it needs like the newest cygwin1.dll. i have a bunch of them when i do the search and copyed the newest one from my cygwin folder to the bin directory in pspsdk. but it didnt work. what do i do?

you have to find the newest one and copy and paste that over the older ones. It sais, delete, but It needs a couple of them in different places so just copy and paste the newer ones over the old ones that are in the directory's Cygwin or Pspdev.
