Some may not remember but pc got a boggle game and I highly liked it, very addictive and long nights
!Now that someone has finally made one for psp, I'll be grabbing this once I get the chance (after work). Hopefully updates will continue with this, here are a few things needed in the upcoming updates (if there are any): 1) Music- A good addictive sondtrack or custom tracks/ reads psp's Music folder 2) Added Effects- Maybe sound or special effects when you get a word (spakles come from he new word you make) 3) Multiple players- Options for more than more players to get on the action, maybe online play? You add those and you'll be in the hall of fame for creating a great game like others !

Sorry about that, haven't downloaded it yet because I'm at work.
Get off in an hour and can't wait to try out your excellent game! Thanks again for making this! Now only if Monopoly got finished... P.S Maybe for multiplayer you could do like PSP Millionaire or something closely similar... One player gets two minutes to get as many words as possible. After the time is up, it would say "Player 2's (or name) Turn" and the first player would hand the psp to their friend. With the same grid (same letters on the same 4 X 4 grid) with what player one did, player 2 would try to find more words or get a better score. Maybe you could implement that? Not a request (mods do not attack me please), it's merely a suggestion. This is a dream come true already of a great game I use to enjoy. I'll be staying up late tonight, good thing it's a weekend ! Thanks again for making this jamiefuller!

What you could do for separate languages is make the dictionary an external txt file and then have english french italian german spanish etc and then if a file indicating which language file to use isn't there, ask the user to choose and then after they choose make a file which tells which language they're using and select the dictionary file from what language is in the file. (yes I know I could've explained this in many fewer words, I just wanted to be clear.)

I dowloaded PSPBoggle when it I saw it and have been hooked ever since. It's almost perfect and I've played it for hours and hours. It's great for when you only have a minute or two to play.
If you don't mind some suggestions, I'd really love to see a larger block count, like 5x5 or even 6x6. When the Game Over screen flashes, it'd be a good idea to show the current score; too often I'm wrapped up in the game to even realize the time's about out. And finally, at least for me, the word count section (next to the best score) doesn't seem to work. All mine are set to zero :/ Again, fantastic job! |
