you can find this an other information on functions for psp in the header files *.h which reside in the PSPSDK psp/sdk/include directory . I think you can also access this info online as well.

psploadexec_kernel.h is the header file your looking for

Now we just gotta find out what sceKernelLoadExecVSHMs3 is used for, as Ms1 is for updaters and Ms2 for homebrew/games.

I doubt that. The movie playback starts and returns back to the VSH "too quickly" for the kernel to be rebooted (on games the kernel is rebooted from VSH to game mode during the gameboot video). I think it's handled by the video_plugin.prx.

Maybe sceKernelLoadExecVSHMs3 is used by SCE in the secret unbricking process?

Ah, you're right, I doubt the kernel reboots for movies too. I've never used a UMD movie, but for a movie on the memory card, the kernel definitely doesn't reboot.
