Strange.
I have cf 3.40OEA (with 1.50 kernel set for hb) and LightMP3 in the PSP/GAME directory and it works.
Try PSP/GAME

I like the first two things that i bolded, but the last one, i have a question. Does the boost imply to the mp3 thats playing, or both the game and mp3 thats playing. [If your playing a game]Because some games dont let you shut off music, and the game music and my mp3's intertwine with each other, and its not pretty.

I don't know if it changed but in the first release when you played a song it would play and then stop unless you had a folder set to play.
For me this is bothersome but I still like the program.

Oh and a second problem with the first release I found was that if you tried to set it to play a folder (like MUSIC) and it had folders in it the program would crash when you got to where that folder is in the line-up.

Those are problems with the previous release as I've been unable to test the new one and too busy to post earlier when I found those out on the old one.

Lastly, the link here on PSPupdates.qj.net to download wasn't working for me and I'm sure others have had the issue since it is well noted in the comments. Someone posted a link to a website that I think may be yours but I was hoping to get the link from you before I trust it.

Oh and I almost forgot, thanks for the program. Small and with those small things I noted would make it extremely usable for me. Though should it ever support music downloaded via Connect.com then I wouldn't have to convert my purchased music

Many thanks for reporting this bug.
It's in version 1.1.0 too (I always use one directory for one album so never bumped into this bug).

Here:
http://sakya.altervista.org/new/inde...=none_lightmp3
you can download now version 1.1.1.

Changelog:
-Fixed: freeze if both ms0:/MUSIC and ms0:/PSP/MUSIC are empty
-Fixed: crash when listening or adding to playlist a directory with subdirs.

P.S. For those reading comments like "Oh, it bricked my psp": this app is in user mode and cannot access the flash (and there's no reason to writeto it).
So it's impossible to brick your psp with this app.

Those who were posting saying that it bricks were ******** around because most of the time when someone posts a link it is spyware and when it isn't you have to question the legitamacy of the person who posted it.

Thanks for the great release.

When I compile this I am unable to play mp3s smoothly unless I bump the cpu speed up to about 150. I'm using the 20070626 toolchain built in linux and the current svn of libmad.

Was there some option you used with libmad or the toolchain itself with your compiled version?

Any chance of WMA 192Kbps Support...
Any visualisations?
