Bug fix 01

Hello again and sorry for delay.

Thanks to all of you for your comments and bugs report.
This updated version should fix the crash with ROM changing.

I don't know the exact reason why previous version crashes on
M33 firmwares. If this version works without problems, please, let
me know it. (I have only tested it on 3.40 OE ).


To binacaboy:
I have tried both Super Mario Bros and Star Soldier with this version
without problems. I hope you don't have too.

To El Xando:
The last source code version released by Ruka of NESTERJ was the 1.11.
Version 1.20 was only available in binary form.

Hi everyone!

This unofficial version was ready a little time ago, but I didn't want to
release it without Mr. Ruka's approval first. He kindly agreed, so all my
thanks goes to that great developer.

Like I did with RIN GB/GBC emulator, I have added two new features to NesterJ 1.11
NES emulator:

1) Rewind
2) Mirror mode

It's like probably that you know what rewind and mirror mods are, but if in case
you don't, let me quote myself from the readme of RIN release:

"...With rewind (or "sands of time", if you prefer) you can warp back in time
without worrying about saving states. If you made a mistake, you can press
"rewind" button and undo it...."

"...In mirror mode, like it's name says, all graphics are horizontally inverted.
So, if your favorite platform game is played from left to right,
this time you can have the choice of playing it from right to left,
giving it a little novelty touch..."


In this version, rewind key is mapped to "RTRIGGER" by default, but you can reasign
it in KEY CONFIG menu. Mirror mode can be selected in GRAPHICS CONFIG->SCREEN SIZE
item menu.

I also added a minor feature. This one is a new color palette, a "sepia" palette,
for even a more vintage look to all your favorite games. This palette can be selected
in GRAPHICS CONFIG->DEFAULT PALETTE TYPE item menu.

It depends on the game. In Super Mario Bros 3, I measured almost 27 "seconds" of in game play. If I have time next weekend, I'll add an option to change rewind parameters, in order to gain more rewind time at cost of less smoth rewind.

hmm rewind isnt workin on Mario Bros 1 for me. Im on 3.52M33 if that helps. All that happens when i press the right trigger is the PSP freezes. and then it restarts itself after frrezing. Can anyone help?

UPDATE: Mario 3 works great so far however Star Soldier and Mario 1 both still don't work

Awesome! After the GBC release i played a lot of GBC now I am going to play a lot of Nes

Is there a GBA, Snes, or Genesis emulator with the rewind option? It is great!

its great, but it seems not all games support this feature, also, freezes my psp when trying to change rom, hope you can fix those problems, because using nethost also stops receiving signal and crashes, my snes and N64 emus work fine, its a good release but we still need more, thanks!!

Sorry man!, this weekend I only had time for fixing those bugs, but yes, before releasing some "unofficial Sega Master System RM" I'll release rewind configuration stuff for NesterJ first

Does anyone know why state saves won't work for me?? I can't load or delete them. I'm using a slim psp with 3.90 m33-2, Nesterj 1.11 state saves work fine, but with this one, they don't.
