making a program exit

This is a discussion on making a program exit within the PSP Development Forum forums, part of the PSP Development, Hacks, and Homebrew category; im trying to make a program exit after a pre-set time... but when i tryed quit(0); it just keeps crashing... ...

Question making a program exit

im trying to make a program exit after a pre-set time... but when i tryed quit(0); it just keeps crashing... whats going horably horably wrong?
(by crashing i mean that when i try to exit, it gets stuck...)

also sceKernelDelayThread(3000 000) will cause a 3 second delay before exiting.. if you need it to do stuff during those three seconds

while (1) {
if (i >= 3000) break;
// Do stuff
i++;
}

thanks guys, i alrety have my delay... im working on a program that will display a custom splash screen.... it will be my first program back from my break.... maybe my first release.... maybe....

Califrag, that won't cause a three second delay. That will just do whatever stuff you've added 3000 times, assuming i is initialized to 0.
