Does the battery do this for us already? I mean it has bars to show when it's low, then it blinks when it's charging.

This has more than 3 stages. It has 10 (1 stage for every 10%).

Why would I need to see when my battery is 20% charged?

It's much more accurate, and gives you a better look at how much charge is left in your battery. For example, I'd rather know I had 20% charge than less then 33%.

Yes I was a bit joking. Well, exaggerating actually.

And if no one ever posted his negative/bad/unconstructive/whateveryouwannacallit thoughts about anything, we'd all be sunk in crap that people produce, just because "they can".
Anyway I was pretty unspecific onto this one (or any other) plugin with my post in the first place.

I was thinking it would replace it. I still find this useless, but that's my opinion.

You're also right, and I also exaggerated a bit saying that people who don't like it shouldn't post.

What I should've said was: "People who don't have any constructive advice on how to make it better, and instead say something along the lines of "this sux0rz" should just leave."

It may be useful to at least one person somewhere, and with constructive advice, it can be made to be even mroe useful

I like this. If you ever make this maybe with a cfg + external images to customize it and its position, i will use it. i like the theme i have though, and it doesnt match, so i wont be using it any time soon. =/

I think this is cool, and may eventually replace my default battery with it.

Its called criticism. And its not "cancer of the scene". If you aren't willing to receive criticism for anything you release, then don't release it.
I don't like this app IMO and my suggestion would be to replace the original Sony battery. It would probably look better that way.

I think all you would have to do is disable the battery in rco edit. This looks sweet man great job

this was more of a preview than anything. i just put it in the middle of the vsh so it could be easily seen. i already have the blank battery in system_fg.rco and ill post that for anyone that wants when i make the second release. It will also be made smaller in the next release. and since noone has reported any bugs i take it there are none

btw: theres a difference between constructive critisism and being a dumbass. constructive ctritisism = "vodkkaa, maybe the battery should replace the Sony battery" Being a dumbass = "why would anyone use this" or "Why is everyone obsessed with drawing ugly useless crap on top of VSH"

thought i should clear things up for everyone
