Install

It extracts the file to rar and it copies the content of the MsRoot/100 folder to the memory stick root if you have nobody custom firmware installed in your PSP.Si posse Firmware 1,50 copies the content of the MsRoot/150 folder to the memory stick root.

* We recommended that Format the Memory Stick before installing the 3,10 oex
* We recommended that you have but of 75% of bateria and connector A/C this connecting to the current.
* The protection of batery can be jumped, pressing "R + Triangle"

Changes 3.10 Oex

- New Recovery with new funciones(Firmware Decrypter, FlasherXMB, Backup Flash)
- FlasherXMB with the possibility of carrying 10 Stiles of complete XMB
- Space Released in the Flash
- made agile Menu XMB
- new totally graphics XMB
- Adjustment failure games PSX
- New functions in the XMB, To extinguish PSP and To reinitiate PSP
- Fixed the Bug of Japanese source q it gave problems in the sailed one
- Text in adapted Spanish and ingles to the new functions of the XMB
- When format memory stick was automatic created the folders of the FlasherXMB

He is spains most hated 'coder'..Probably this is a fake firmware like he did few months ago..or he just compiled the leaked source code..

The first file is a dxar. The other, the topemnu and everything he has changed. It's illegal.

Whats the backup flash for? to avoid perma brick or semi brick?

This is simply a repackaged 3.10 OE which is setup to apply a customized theme. Illegal files abound including the obvious data.dxar (apparently created in February).

As a personal opinion, I will say that such releases are a terrible injustice to the work of competent developers.
