Just wanted to say thanks for this - I've been using it since 1.6 and its excellant. I was going to mentain that it didnt seem to recognise 'Game Save' demos (specifically Practical Q2) but it does in 1.8 so thanks for the mind reading as well!
Keep up the great work |

Keep the updates coming. This app is just getting better and better.
As frmariam said the original folder should be deleted. To make things a little quicker moving the additional files within the directory would be faster than copying. Also would it be possible to bring up a dialog or add something to the right click menu to rename the directory when converting the homebrew to the 1.0 eboot. - I forgot rename renames the directory and not the homebrew. Another useful feature could be three options in the right click menu which say "Move To GAME", "Move To GAME150" and "Move To GAME352 (Or what ever you have your Custom Firmware Setting as)" in each homebrew list. This would allow us to easier organize homebrew without having the navigate directories with the Copy To. Also I noticed a little spelling error on the bottom right. Isnt it suppose to say "RSS Server Idle". It says Idel instead of Idle. Thanks and keep up the good work. Quote:

UFox, I am curious. Why does the program always crash when I click on the PHOTO tab? It has always done this, ever since I started using this app with version 1.5. I figured it would have been fixed by now.
Awesome program otherwise... |

Nice work UFox.
I just can't get the feature "Transfer to PSP" to work. The option is locked (grayed). I'm using Win Vista x86. And the files that i'm trying to transfer are in a external hard disk. And if i try to drag and drop a CSO into "UMD ISO" window it does not allows you to save the file. Only works with ISO. Suggestion: in a future release you could add a feature that auto-compresses iso to cso on the transfer, maybe by writing the compressed cso directly in the memory stick without using temp folders just to be faster. Thanks and sorry about my poor english Last edited by DarkGhost; 08-25-2007 at 11:11 AM.. |

DarkGhost
Not everyone wants their ISO's to be converted to CSO because many games have issues (both GTA games) when in CSO instead of ISO or even UMD. Though I think allowing for an option to auto convert would be nice, as long as we can turn it on and off and set it to the compression we like the most. |

I noticed another small mistake or it maybe just me. In the photo menu right click menu there are two "Open PSP/PHOTO Folder". The one with a (M) does nothing.
And as DarkGhost said it seems that the "Transfer to PSP" option is grayed out at all times. I am on XP. I know you added the feature to open the preview window when you drag a ISO to its section but shouldnt it copy the ISO to the memorystick instead? All you can do is modify the parental control and view what it would look like in the XMB. |

Another thing... when you drag & drop homebrew in the CFW Tab (ie. 3.40 OE Tab) it will be installed in the ISO folder instead of GAME folder. I think the app should detect if the data that you are dropping are ISOs, CSOs, etc. or EBOOTS.
Keep up the good job. |

The CFW Tab does not copy homebrew to a folder for me. I dont know how its going to a ISO folder for your.
I found another small glitch which if done you will have to end the application though the processes tab in the task manager. If you have a : or other special character Windows will not allow in a folder name and decide to convert the eboot to 1.00 format it will fail and keep displaying a message saying invalid syntax. You cannot get the message to go away unless you end the process. It does not do it with the / though. Using a \ results in a message saying the destination folder if you put it after the same name as the current folder and if you put it after it will create that folder and then put everything in the folder as the name afterwards. Maybe when converting the eboots to 1.00 format it should ignore all the following characters *, |, \, /, :, ", <, >, ., and ? Last edited by ColombianCartel; 08-25-2007 at 06:16 PM.. |

Great software, thanks.
OK, I got 2 glitches to report. First, I had a picture that crashed the program. I managed to isolate the picture and made some tests, it worked fine after I removed the metadata it had stored (camera, author, comments, and other bs). Second, I have 2 GB memory cards, both are that Sony asian pirated thing. (Original ones are rare and expensive to come by here). Well, on one the 'transfer to psp' thing works fine, on the other it is grayed out. I can´t tell what is different, I tried emptying it, formatting it on psp and dos, recreating the folders, and none worked. I still have the problematic picture if you want me to send it but the problem was solved when I cleaned the extra info on it. Edit. One more thing, the videos on 368x272 resolution appears as corrupt icon, all info is correctly reported though and they play when double clicked. The 420x272 ones appears with correct thumbnail. They are on the /VIDEO folder of the structure with unformated names and .jpg thumbnails extension Last edited by petervaz; 08-26-2007 at 06:35 AM.. |

2) CSOs are compressed ISOs, and can not be edited directly. 3) Thanks for the suggestion. Quote:
2) ... 3) You can use copy&paste to copy ISOs, "drag&drop" for a single ISO is used to do quick preview only. Quote:

2) The target folder are created based on eboot title, to avoid invaild folder name you have to change the eboot title before converting it. I'll fix this bug in next version, thanks for the report. Quote:

About the movie, yes psp can play that resolution. I convert using Winnydows' XVID4PSP. 368x272 doesn´t cover all screen but I´d rather than streching my animes. Thanks for your anwser. Edit. Stupid /PSP/MUSIC folder

Do you have any plans on adding a SEPlugins tab in the future? This would be a nice additional feature but probably fairly complicated to add.
It could work when you drag the prx to the tab it would put it in the SEPlugins folder. When you right click on the prx there will be a option Add to vsh.txt, game.txt, game150.txt and pops.txt. And then a remove option for each as well. The entries of the prx in the txt files could be displayed on a column. There would need to be something like the edit menu in homebrew to prioritize the entries in each txt file. It could probably be a popup and then 4 fields which are the entries in the txt files and you select organize them like you do homebrew. |

I just saw you can't kxploit eboots anymore! Give us Kxploit and SCE naming.
It would be usefull for me since my PSP has the UP chip and I use 2 firmwares (currently 3.52 by default and 1.50 in the PSP nand). Still use 1.5 folder format and sometimes must convert (I know I can patch the 1.5 to run 1.0 EBOOTs... still that feature is needed and there are still 1.5 die hards). I also would love the ability to replace the PARAM.SFO (I know I keep bringing this up but you can't currently change stuff like the region padding which affects some games like Squarez... check the SFO editor of the PBP Unpacker). Big suggestions for a new tab: PC EBOOT File association with .pbp files. Double click on the files launches PSPCM in this tab with this EBOOT editor. Either that or drag-n-drop. It'd have the same functions you have in the homebrew tab but the files are in the PC drives and not in the PSP MS folder structure With those three things this would be my only app needed for my homebrew. |

Great program UFox! Thanks!
I think I've found another bug though, and I haven't seen anyone else mention it so maybe it's just me but I'll report it here anyway. I tried for 3 days to get the RSS thing to work and my PSP(Slim 3.80 M33) kept giving the error "The channel could not be added. (8010971f)" Turns out that 3 of the MP3s in my folder had the ampersand(&) symbol in the tags. Once I removed them it worked just fine. But if I add them back it stops working again. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the ampersand and XML. Thanks again for a great program. |
