I have created an easy installer. It does not include any sony firmware so you will need to download 1.5 here
You can dowload the easy installer here http://www.box.net/shared/bngvo39ctc
Now all you have to do is to unzip the easy installer to a temporary location and unzip the 1.5 update to the ms0 folder. Then all you have to do is run the run_me.bat file and follow the onscreen instructions. I thought that this might help and I am sorry if this has already been made. Thanks to the noobz team and Dark_alex whom I look up to greatly.

i hope you didnt just copy and paste this from hellcat's extended pandora menu

and you should rename it to like "1.5 emu installer" or something like that

No you misunderstand me this is the Pandora installer only. And no I did not copy any of this it is all written by me.

I will try to make a easy memory stick 1.5 installer ASAP. Also please be aware that this needs a computer to run (it is writen in batch not lua). When I learn Lua I will try to make another one but I an not sure that I would be able to code it anyway, because Pandora was written to run off XP only.
