UPDATE - V3.00 BUILD 61023
- Fixed the issue that locks up the PSP when themes and/or wallpaper and/or gameboot count is zero. See the new attachment on the 3rd page. Thanks lancermagi, adamb, and monzter.

New Features
- Optimized speed! Delayed XMB load was reduced from 20 seconds to 2 seconds! Replacing Custom Theme, Wallpaper, and Gameboot at the same time is faster than replacing Wallpaper only from the previous version. Yep, you've read that right.

- Fixed some bugs on Interval not working correctly. It should work properly from now on.
- Improved compatibility

Introduction
This plugin lets you change your PSP's Custom Theme, Wallpaper and/or Gameboot randomly and timely.

You can set the option to change them:
* Always - Changes the PSP's Custom Theme, Wallpaper and/or Gameboot everytime the XMB loads up
* Hourly, Daily, Monthly, and Yearly - Changes the PSP's Custom Theme, Wallpaper and/or Gameboot on the next hour, day, month, and year the XMB loads up
* Disable - Don't change the PSP's Custom Theme, Wallpaper and/or Gameboot at all

You can use any quantity of custom themes, wallpapers and gameboots and you have the option if you want the plugin to search for wallpapers and gameboots inside the sub-directories.

Im a newbie in this thing. I saw this video where this guy turns on his psp and the Simpsons opening logo appears. You know, the ones you see in tvs before the start of the episode. For me thats cool. And also the matrix thing when opening turning on your psp. man thats cool. Is that the said gameboot? if Im wrong, please do correct my mistake. i wanna learn ,more about this themes for the psp. Also I need help too for the uses, installations and explanations of these customs themes. I wanna add more life to my psp slim and phat running on 3.71 m33-2. I also want to see my psp when turning it on the matrix like thing or the simpsons thing. I also hope someone will post a good website for me to start downloading themes when I learn to use these themes. Thanks guys and gals as well. Newbie needs help

I think you're talking about CINTRO w/c lets you add a movie on your PSP at startup. This program changes the wallpaper, gameboot (movie when starting a program/game/homebrew), and custom themes randomly and timely.

ok i put the file on the root of my stick, i then turn psp off go to recovery and turn on the plugin, after that i reboot and the psp restarts then just shows black screen and then turns off a few secs latter......

i then go back and turn off the plugin and the psp works fine again i am on a slim psp with CFW 3.71m33-2

i checked the log it says this but i did do that part...

Are you using other plugins? If so, try disabling all plugins except ThemePlus. Then if it works, give me the names of the other plugins so I can recreate your scenario and apply a fix.

I'll also look at other possibilities on why it works on some Slim PSPs and some don't. Thanks for the logs you've posted.

hi there i have no other plugins installed on the slim right now.. was first one i have tried for the slim....

Yeah im having the same issues there to same log but i have a phat psp. no other plugins enabled and 3.71 M33-2 firmware.

I'm on a fat running 3.71 m33 2 installed as instructed but still locks up with a black screen on start up. here's my the log file details

BTW just as an experiment I removed the .ini file at one point and run it. the log then read reverting to default or something. I don't claim to know what I'm doing,but this mean the error is connected to the .ini file ??

PS only other plugins I use is CWcheat and the same happens when they are disabled

Try to download the attachment and re-post your logs. Its the same plugin except debug messages has been enabled. With this, I can see more what the problem is. You should have the following similar log file:

Let me try and help since its working on my slim 3.71m33-2

Note that I DISABLE theme changing though. I only enable gameboots and wallpaper.

The 1st time I tried, I experience the similar problems as Monzter. That happens when I DISABLED theme changing and REMOVE the folders of "theme" and "preset". 2nd time round when I try again, I RESTORE the folders I removed with the theme changing still DISABLED and voila. Wallpapers and gameboots are working.

So I guess you should have a valid folder in your memstick for every folder you point to in the config.ini. E.g. "ms0:/THEMES/", if you point theme changing to this folder, you must have this folder even though you disable theme changing.

ok it works my system booted up this time.. now next question how do i use this to change things, do i have to edit the txt file each time of is there like a menu i should get to pull up on the screen???? also on themes can i put PTF themes and rco themes in the theme folder???

BTW just as an experiment I removed the .ini file at one point and run it. the log then read reverting to default or something. PS only other plugins I use is CWcheat and the same happens when they are disabled A ny help would be great as this looks a fab homebrew to have running many thanks AdamB
