Red Squirrel plugin and utility

I have wrote this post , to present this pretty utility and plugin, developed by an italian coder of our forum (Red Squirrel).

These are the works:

Alternative VSHMenu v1.00 -- It's an customizable alternative VSH Menu, similar to M33 VSH menu with more features (shutdown, restart and Psp suspension)

Noob's Plugins Installer v2.6 -- It's a stand alone exe, to help novice user during plugin installation (it's compatible with most important plugin release in the scene)

USBManager v2 -- It's a plugin for Sony PSP that allow the user to activate USB connection when he wants, in VSH like in GAME and Homebrew
