Included with the release is a new version of popsloader:

Requeriments:

- 3.71 M33-3 or higher (until sonye makes it not to work again ).
It won't work in prior versions of 3.71 M33, because it needs a function from 3.71 M33-3.

Changes:

- Support for 3.71 and 3.72 pops has been added. Note that 3.71 however will not appear in the
list in 3.71 M33 as it is not necessary.

List of files needed for each version:

3.00-3.03: kd/popsman.prx, kd/meaudio.prx, kd/pops.prx, vsh/module/pafmini.prx
3.10-3.30: kd/popsman.prx, kd/pops.prx, vsh/module/pafmini.prx
3.40-3.72: kd/popsman.prx, kd/pops.prx, vsh/module/pafmini.prx, vsh/module/libpspvmc.prx

The files must be decrypted. (use square in psardumper). Support for encrypted&packed files is planned
for the future.

no 3.72, was looking forward to 3.72 for the improved remote play for ps3
oh well might be able to get the remote play to work by swapping the prx's
hopefully

EDIT: Dark_Alex says on maxconsole that just replacing the prx's will work for remote play YAY!!!

I can't get the recovery menu to realise that the popsloader plugin is there.
I have tried numerous setups:
1. x:\seplugins\popsloader\( all popsloader and sony files)
x:\popsloader.prx

2. x:\popsloader\(all popsloader and sony files)
x:\popsloader.prx
all I did differently for number 2 was remove seplugins, to no avail.
3. x:\seplugins\popsloader\( all popsloader and sony files AND popsloader.prx)

4. tried to find it whilst there were no sony prx's in the folder

I have tried cold booting for each attempt as well as removing the battery after placing the files.
I cannot think of anything else other than maybe I have a bad installation of 371 M33-3.
By the way i'm using a PSP slim and the pops is the one included with DAX's new CFW.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What's with the Format Flash1 thing in recovery? Does it create all the folders again to make themes, etc. work properly? (And btw to avoid BSOD-Circle bricks...)

So...
1. Create a folder named SEPLUGINS in the root of your memory stick, and inside this folder, create a pops.txt file.
2. Write this inside the pops.txt:

ms0:/seplugins/popsloader.prx
3. Copy the popsloader.prx from the 3.71 M33-3's update zip archive to your memory stick's SEPLUGINS folder.
4. (Woah, almost left out!) Enable the plugin in your Recovery Menu.
(All other steps are written in the readme from the same update archive.)

Has anyone else had a problem with saves not loading after upgrading? I was still running 3.40 OE, but I wanted to update so that Silent Hill Origins would run well, given the bugs since its supposed to run on 3.50+. However, I already put some time into the game, now it says the SHO file is corrupted (tried another game, which still works). Is this just a casualty of using the wrong firmware, or is there any way to salvage the save?

Also, "Skip SCE Logo" stopped working, I noticed it was still working after upgrading to 3.71 M33-1, but it stopped working from going to this version.

Anyone else had problems like this?

Edit: the first game I tried was a 2.71 game that worked, it seems that newer 3.x games do this, since Castlevania: Dracula X is doing the same thing.

Sorry HellDashX but imma downgrade back to 3.71 m33 now.

So if we flash the remoteplay plugin from 3.72 to 3.71 we can use remotestart on the ps3 ?

im confused how to get the slim's memory up to 52MB
do i use the ramtest in the samples folder in sdk??

^_^ This is for Homebrew. For Developers, to make their homebrew run better with the Slim's extra RAM. (64M instead of 32M that the Fat has got.) Got it now? :P Otherwise, what would you use it for? It's just operational memory, not a place where you can store your files, etc...

but what is the memory that the internet browser uses?
i was thinking this would make it so it would have more memory and not always give you the not enough memory crap

is there any way to increase that memory?

There is no way to get the outta' memory thing away, because it's a kinda protection in the browser.
