Default Problem installing toolchain...

Well, i had to uninstall cygwin due to computer reasons. im back on the same computer, and ive been trying to install the toolchain, but it wont work. i followed the guide at psp-programming.com. Cygwin installed fine. but, when i go into the toolchain folder (latest revision) and type ./toolchain.sh, it gives me this:

Code:
ls: cannot access /usr/include/ncurses.h: No such file or directory
ERROR: Install ncurses before continuing.
../depends/check-ncurses.sh: Failed.
im stumped.

any help will be appreciated. thanks
