Thanks for this, hopefully porting it to the new kernal won't be too hard since I am beginning to think this last cfw is the last one DA will bother with 1.50 kernal support.

hmm yeah...but why wont he include 1.5 kernel anymore? Slim-kernel sux, the homeberw-support is bad...and the functions are also limitedi guess...1.5 rules!

DA doesn't want to bother because it means a lot more work for him, I believe he is including something in it so you will only have to port to the 3.71 kernal and then it should automatically work on the newer firmware but until released I am unsure.
I imagine it is just that it really is time for a new kernal to be used so that we don't have to keep chopping out functionality in the custom firmwares just because homebrew developers don't move on to using the new kernal, with all of the functions still existing in some form or another I can see why there really is no reason to learn to make the minor changes so that all of the homebrew community gets to enjoy the new releases.

Anyways back on the topic of your program.
I still feel like I should have to hold a button once I've highlighted the scrolling feature to move around. And one though, if something like square isn't being used you could map it to that to make it easier to use since it is a common function, that or allow for us to map the functions and keys as we want.

Don't suppose in the future you could work on making the instructions give a bit more details as to what each of the buttons (the controls) are and what the buttons on the menus do. For instance, in the second there is what resembles an analog nub and it is for sensitivity it seems.

A better is that on the menu with the sensitivity is one that is a T, pressing X on it results in the PSP going to a black screen with this text:
error: [string "?"]:2070: attempt to concatenate global 'limit' (a n
il value)
Error: No script file found.

Press start to restart
This is an odd bug that I've come across.

One other thing I would consider a bug is the hyper-sensitivity of the USB button, pressing x on it results in it flickering rapidly until you let go of the button which results in it sometimes turning on and sometimes turning off but not always.

Since the default is 333MHz wouldn't it make sense to remove the option to be able to set the CPU speed? Just a thought.

When trying to use the folder icon I get an error:
error: [string "?"]:2476: bad argument #2 to '?' (string expected, g
ot nil)
Error: No script file found.

Press start to restart.

Other then all of that, looks good and I will have to try out more painting on it later.

I was thinking, for the next release make it so the max image size is 480x272 and make it to where you can view the whole picture and when you push a button combination it will pull up all the tools. sorry if it already has these features I haven't used it for a long time and can't use it until it's released for slim.

Max image resolution is 480x272 I think, though a full screen like your talking about would be nice Colin.

Very nice update bumuckl
One question.
How do you change the brush while using the app?
I see a lot of brushes in the brushes folder, but don't know how to switch between them in the app.
