This plugin worked for me on 5.0m33. I recently downgraded to 4.01m33 through DC7, and it stopped working (yes I enabled it in the recovery menu).
It doesn't create the directories or load the unencrypted versions of the save games anymore.
I'll try to upgrade to 5.0m33 again and see if it changes something
hi, can i use this to convert save files? i mean if i have played the Crisis Core(Jap), could i convert my file to a US save?

i'm just wondering if it can also be used for converting other savefiles. i am experimenting with converting patapon 1(US) to patapon 1(JAP) for continuity with patapon 2 (jap)

actually yes, the method used is called the acacia method.. i still cant post links, so you might have to google it..
but, i am thinking that this can only be used when savegamedeemer is enabled.. anyway, i'll have to experiment more..

I am having the same problems. I upgraded from 3.90 M33-3 to 5.00 M33-6 and the following saves would no longer work. I had Savegame Deemer running in 3.90 M33-3, and the unencrypted saves were created successfully.
The following game saves do not work anymore in 5.00 M33-6:
Dissidia Final Fantasy
Musou Orochi 2
I have tried renaming the folders to the same as those in the save games folders, deleting the orginal saves etc, but nothing works. When I downgrade to 3.90 M33-3, all the saves are working fine. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
I was going to use this to convert/reencrypt my savefiles so that I can update to a later CFW...
But it just came to me... Does this plug-in allow for a game to read the SAVEPLAIN/uncrypted version every savedata the game needs? (i.e. Not it's own savefile)
Because I had this situation in the past:
Gundam Battle Universe reads three savefile other than its own atleast once. Namely Gundam Battle Tactics, Gundam Battle Royale, and Gundam Battle Chronicle saves. The GBT and GBR saves are only used to unlock something, while the GBC data is used to carry over some stuffs from that game.
One thing to note, I guess, is that the GBT and GBR files needed are the System Saves (and not gameplay saves, which are located in other folders), while the GBC is the actual save.
Another thing is that I did have "proper firmware" for GBT, GBR, and GBC, but not for GBU. (GBT, GBR, and GBC all required below CFW 3.71 which is what I have, while GBU required FW 3.95, IIRC)
What happened was that Universe was able to properly read the Tactics and Royale files, and unlocked the things they were supposed to unlock. While the Chronicle files was "corrupted", and I was unable to carry over stuffs from it.
And all of the savefiles are not corrupted. (The GBC game was able to properly load the GBC save.)
I tried SchmilK's suggestion and made sure I didn't make any error in the seplugins conf files. I actually had other plugins working so I'm sure the issue isn't this.
It is not a big deal, most of the time I'm on 5.0 now, but it'd be good to know if I'm the only one with this issue.

With some games deemer write in a way that seems still encrypted. (try with resistance retribution,astonisha story...) Can this issue be fixed?
It probably is saving `decrypted` but the game might use another decryption `type` when loading and saving the savegame data.

I have tried every possibility of trying to get this to work... I have tried using 4.01 M33, plugin applied: error: "failed to save data" and then "Game data cannot be saved in the current state. Proceed with game anyway? (even though you are screwed!)" I have also tried even doing it on the 5.00 M33-4 NO LUCK! I have tried your latest download no luck... I have tried reinstall the whole thing from scratch to make sure this wernt a build error with the firmware and guess what? no luck! I have tried getting rid of the save files and tried just letting the psp make its own little save files on my final fantasy game (version 1- I know its an annoying game!) whilst having all the plugin and firmware applied and no luck it will just simply come up with the same persistant message... *more deep breaths*
I have tried running it without the plugin it comes up with the error: "game could not be started (800200D9) , now king me :P" and you know what just outta insanity I even put DATA0 on the end of the save files as someone mentioned earlier and hey what do you know it does the same thing it was doing for the past hour! I have tried even changing the settings to: 333/166 CPU Clock XMB and GAME and changed my iso mode to M33 driver, Sony NP9660, OE isofs, and Normal! And no changes :/ I can't change ISO video mount so I presume it aint that which is the problem, O and finally I even tried changing the game folder homebrew to 1.50 kennel... did it work!? NO! The only thing I find strange is I can find no data on the memory stick despite there be clearly signs of there being data there considering I have custom firmware atm... and I also find this 3.71 update here despite the fact I have formatted the memory stick many times this somehow reappears!
*calmer breathing* If someone knows what is wrong please help me I have litterly tried ever possibility I could think of to get this to work! Thanks for your patience if you managed to read through that gastly amount of information!

Remove all other plugins
Format flash 1
Update to 5.00m33-6
Delete all game saves (back them up first ;))
Try the plugin
err how do i remove all other plugins even tho im unsure whether or not i got any

to foramt flash one go into the recovery menu by restarting your psp and holding r, then under advanced i think it should have that option if not look around
i have phat psp running 5.00 m33-6 and enabled the plugin and when i save it doesnt create the saveplain folder

Hello,i need some help with saves files and some replays of Gran Turismo PSP.I want to convert them for european version of this game because i want to play with someone wich has UMD of Gran Turismo EU version and me i have USA game version .iso.I want this saves beacuse i driving 9706 km and i want to keep my saves,cars and replays.Sorry for my bad english.

it seems that sgdeemer has a problem with gran turismo. i want to convert the us savegame to the eur version, but it doesn't work. with sgdeemer 1.10 the game give me an error at saving process ("unable to save") and no SDDATA.BIN will be created. with version 1.00 the saving process works, but when i change the SDDATA.BIN the game hangs up at loading and the psp shuts off (with v1.10 too).
is there something like a protection in the game/savegame?

I have a problem
when using SaveGame Deemer on God Eater Burst (EUR and USA versions)
it makes a folder (ULUS10563068050210204000 1000) as it is suppose to do but in it i find this
ULUS10563.bin and no sddata.bin or any other files would really like some help here
