Default Tv Out

Hi,
I wanted to ask how I can use the TV-Out function of the PSP-Slim with my Homebrews. I heard you can even use the AV (not the component) Wire. And am I able to use fullscreen TV-Out in my programms. Of course I'm a C developer so I can use any libs and so on.
Sorry for my bad english.
