If the player is on higher level than the enemy's, they can't shoot the player (but they shoot in the right direction )

I've uploaded a new eboot of version 1.0.5 here
- faster collision detection of enemy bullets vs. player
- faster collision detection of enemy vs. world geometry
- slightly faster rendering of bullets and world geometry
- new option in config.txt: [GODMODE] on/off
- weapon shooting range + enemy sight range limited to 50 meter

Atm, the enemies can lean forward/backward their upperbody only up to 10 degrees (more looks very strange).
Currently I haven't made a function to raise only their arms (with the weapon), so long they can only shoot 10 degrees up/down (as a quick fix, I could allow higher angles for the bullet launch, and don't care if the weapon is lower, but this would also look strange...)

We already do this. You, Frack and others play with the editor, post ideas and I try to implement some of them... we just need some good maps and some more funny things / gameplay to add to the levels...

i have a map thats almost done...maps(s) i dont know how fun they will be because i put platforming into them... and i kinda had a story into my head on why the player is where and what he is doing there...
next game il be making a recreation of the maps in mgs4
i think that will be fun =)
idea for the editor and game
editor:
since i have problems with mapareaX or mapareaXX with the edirot could you add a (select this part) like highlight a zone form here to here and then that would be map areaXX. its hard to explain..:Argh: forget it.
Game:
1]when you hit the "p" key when selected an enemy could you give use the ability to increase the damage that enemy can take? for harder enemy's and or bosses?
2]when you hit the "p" key when an enemy is selected, could you also give us the ability to change that enemy's size in the world? (mainly for bosses)

If you have problems with managing a lot of mapareas:
- you can give them names
- you can move the camera into the area you want to edit and press space, the editor autoselects the maparea you're in

A very usefull feature would be the ability to specify the amount of health the player has. Just an option in the config file would be fine.
Also, I find one of the best ways to add depth to any game is by having background music. A lot of games are made that much better just because of a sound file playing in the background. I dont want a jukebox, just the ability to have a wav file playing in the background on a per map or per room basis.

It would be nice to see Virus mode (TimeSplitters)... it's like a game of tag, except it spreads... if one person gets the virus, he has to bump into someone else without it. The virus spreads and the game gets hectic :o

There's alot of people from the psp scene that are getting the pandora, and Dungeons would be awesome for it, you can even use a mouse if you.
some other fps's will most likely be ported as well, as quake 3, cube, cube 2 (sauerbraten), etc. well anyway thanks for an awesome game :)

First tried with 3.90 M33-2 game folder homebrew with the 3.90 kernel now iam using 4.01 M33-2 game folder with 4.01 kernel. on both firmwares it bugs,iam playing the built-in map that comes with DAR, ive noticed that sometimes (quite rare) it doesnt freeze but most times it does :/

Sure, use the Dungeons Editor to make any mod you like! (But I don't know, how the creators of Halo see this. I think it's ok, as long as you don't make money with it)
