I don't know if this exists yet or not, but in case it didn't, I threw together a simple app for unpacking the various things stuffed into a CTF theme file (the ones for cxmb).
Enjoy. Readme is included. It's pretty simple

CTF Manager did... BUT - I could never get CTF Manager to work on my PC

New version: Unpacks the original PTF as a whole, rather than just the raw files. Also unpacks patch-only files to a 'patch-only' folder. (Attached.)
I have no idea if there are public tools available for un-converting the images :/ I don't keep up with the theme scene very much. I just made this because I came up with the idea.
