Hi, since a lot of people requested it, i ported the music_prx plugin to the 3.90+ firmware.
This has been tested on a 3.90 M33-3 slim PSP, WITHOUT the fatmsmod patch applied. Download : http://mydedibox.fr/index.php?option...d=22&Itemid=53 |

I am ecstatic that someone would go so far as to port this.
If you don't mind, after I make the update I will start right away with bug testing this as I did so much for Joek2100, this is my favorite piece from the homebrew community after all. |

For now, I'm testing it on 3.80 M33-5 with the 1.50 kernal. I have not applied the fatmsmod but have used the iR Shell Patch. Because of this, anything I report for now should be checked by someone on 3.90 M33 or above so you can confirm why it's happening.
I've found that it seems to reset what clock speed the PSP is set to when I turn the screen on or change the brightness. Since I changed the controls to a custom combination I can't be sure of why it is happening yet, though I suspect it is my firmware. Edit: No plug-ins active other then it, was tested in XMB. Also found that my memory stick light won't stop flashing, froze my PSP when I tried to start a game. Will have to test everything out and report back later. Check to make sure it is fully set-up?
It may sound like I'm being an difficult, but commonly I found people had it set-up wrong in one way or another with the old version and spending a lot of time reading through the readme and checking that every bit of it is fully set-up is the only real advice I can give you. |

So the prx works with some of my songs, but the 48 khz songs don't work. I even tried pausing them and playing it again. I had this same problem with CFE and thats why I kind of hated the program, also the fact that the menu had its problems too. Anyways, is there anyway to play 48 khz songs? I could have sworn that you could play them in 3.71 M33.

holy crap, thank you Cpasjuste!
i've missed this since 3.52 M33. and Ormuz, did you add "ms0:/seplugins/music.prx" to "game.txt" (in the seplugins folder) and enable it in the recovery menu? just covering the bases here. |

Tested on a fat with 3.90 M33-3 with the 3.71 fatmsmod patch, and with ledcontrol and cwcheat prx's active.
Works fine for me in VSH and in retail/homebrew games, with the exception of the in-game sound mute - nothing happens. Other people who are having problems: try removing the lines in the configuration file which set the cpu and bus speed. If they're not specified it leaves them alone. |

In-game mute : Turning the sound off while in homebrew/games.
The VSH is the XMB (VSH is the internal name for it anyways), and retail/homebrew games are UMDs, homebrews, etc. |

ok thanks.
Ok Add me to the list Fat 3.90 M33 can work but in game mute does not work and hangs when exiting from game. For those who follows everything but still cannot play, you can check the controls assignment is different from the readme if you use default music_conf.txt. |

Ok i found that it lags something...besides that it works perfectly.
I dont use the IGM so im ok with that, I just disable BGM in the options of the game so i can still hear the SE. Quote:
