To cut a long story short, ive just checked out Triple Triads PSP and it got me inspired to make my own unique Card based MMO.

If TT-PSP TEAM could make the mmo in Python, how hard will it be to make it in LUA? Python and lua are almost the same thing.

Some screenies of the game so far :

Im looking for LUA coders and a few guys that can give me ideas. ANd looking for Pro GFX persons

What im doing ATM:
`Working on Card Design
`Working with W/lan

and btw the game is called XEON, unless you prefer something else :P

You should hire someone else to do the graphics.

i Could help a bit, What is the Card game based on?

The game is based on Yugioh Style, but different features, It will contain 4 different group of cards - Character Cards , Magic Cards, Boost Card (equip card) and Field Cards.

And there is a power meter which you can fill up to produce a Special Attack.

The characters are mainly from Final fantasy series, but will also include people from tekken and halo

And if you plan on using major franchise's character's, then I would suggest creating your own graphics also, instead of stealing graphics from the original games and whatnot.

It was a joke. The point of a team is to work together, not you to sit there with no skills and to tell people what to do.

It sure is the point of a team when it comes to lua projects run by new people who have no scripting or even concept experience. Sigh.....

I doubt that. Some people are rather kinky.

But seriously though, Learn to do something yourself. If you can do graphics then get known a bit by doing stuff for people first then ask them to join you in making something. Instead if just going "i want a team who does what i say!" and expecting people to bow before you.

Lots of people around here who need sprites and stuff that would love help and you'd get credited, make friends then maybe have a team. But you would be working together not you as the "boss" unless your paying of course.
