Every time i try to install cygwin it stops on 99% it says:

can someone help me then

" but in the guide it said that this error is expected except that it is scripts/009 <-- not scripts/001 like mine.. anyhow, i tried the next step of cd build/psplinkusb, but there is no such directory.. |
