As I promised, here it is.

It's my first time putting together a developmental library for other use; it may not be so professional enough. Personally, I wrote it for my own need, now it's enhanced for easy of use to others

Just to be more safe, This is a better practice.

Donot really know if it makes a real difference but,

This usage is BETTER for poweroff Alarm:

  pspDebugScreenPrintf("This PSP is now set to be waked up in 30 seconds from poweroff mode.\n");

    writeAlarm_rewritten(0, 0, 30);

PoweroffandAlarm(); //does a thing before powering off psp
