Hello to all again. Here is the next build of Maelstrom:

The main updates with this build is the ability to jump to a new system using a jump portal and a jump map, 7 new ships, and 1 new upgrade. I'm still requesting feedback and bug reports, which is more detailed in the readme.

can not get it to load. just locks up/ shuts off my psp! this is an eboot, so i dont need to run it in lua, right???

Great work so far MadMax11! Keep it up and I am sure you will have one of the best PSP games on your hands soon. I am just wondering, what are your future plans for how battles will go? Will they be in real-time or turn-based, or some hybrid of both(e.g. Crisis Core)?

EDIT: By the way, where is the jump portal? I have been flying around for some time now and I still can't find it. I keep trying to press circle but still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

3.95 cfw.ive tried it in the game and game 150 folders. wtf man!

actually, there is a 3.95 gen. i could post a screen shot if my word isnt good enough. i almost did the automatica update, but i couldnt tell if it was the sony official update or not, so i didnt install it. i guess i will go ahead and update.... again.

Thanks for all of the comments. I am on 4.01-2 M33 for everyone's info. The next version should be out in a couple of days and it should feature a major update.

*EDIT*
Also, to clear up some confusion, this game is in lua, but it comes bundled with it. Which means the eboot is the luaplayer eboot which just directly runs my game.

looks nice and it has potential i just have to problems...
wat r u supposed to do?
for some reason the game does things randomly for example: my shield turns on and off portals pop up randomly, my ship always veers to the right, and the game pauses when ever it wants. wats up with that?

Are u talking about the same game?
1. If u press triangle the shield turns on.
2. If u press circle a portal will turn up, if u stop and press circle again it will transport u 2 another galaxie.
3. it doesn't randomly pause
4. it doesn't veer to the right when i play it.
