Smile [BETA] Soft Body Physic library/demo

Hi.

It's my first post here and I want to share with my small project.

I ported small Soft Body Physics library made by walaber from C# to C++. Also I made some optimizations for PSP so it's running on PSP quite nice

Here you can find vr. 0.2 beta of the library. For rendering I used pspGl (I have version with GU for rendering but it have some bugs). In demo on square and circle bodies are added, on triangle you can drag bodies. Exit is on the start button.

If someone is interested here is svn repository with c++ version for PSP and PC

I would very grateful for some advices about optimizations.

Why make something that is already made?
You should make a new game that includes them, what about a game where you have to stack weird jelly blobs, and when you get them to a line a jelly rocket comes and shoots them...
You could call it stack.. oh no.. erm, stak.. no no, umm... jellystacks, yeah!

hahaha XD why not It should be easy to made Maybe not game but as a small demo for library. I will think about this

I'm trying to get permission to port JelloCar ( http://walaber.com/index.php?action=showitem&id=17) from C# to c++. Now when the library is ported and it's working really nice on the PSP game could also be ported But only if I got permission.

lol, check out the game called Stakker. I think Physicist was referring to it as a joke

I just watched a video of JelloCar in action. Porting JelloCar would be friggin awesome! Would definitely be one of the most incredible homebrews for the PSP.

Ya I am getting a black screen to. I tried it out when you posted this on PS2Dev forums.

But this looks promising, I have a old flash game that I have been wanting to Port, this will help me if I go into coding it.

Nice work. This reminds me of that online flash game whereby you draw shapes in order to guide a ball to its target.

For anyone wanting to run this on a fat psp:
http://slasher.team-duck.com/physics.zip

This will run fine. I recompiled it and changed a couple of things. I tried it in the 4.01 kernel, not sure if it will work in the 1.5 kernel.

Edit: After trying it in the 1.5 kernel, I can confirm it also works.
