Default All work done for you full Mac PSPSDK /w Update scripts

This is for all the Mac users having problems installing the PSPSDK.

Note:

This is only for Intel Mac's, because building a universal version is too hard, and Apple will stop supporting PowerPC Mac's once OS 10.6 is released.

About:

Full PS2Dev.org SVN PSPSDK up to date.

All the build tools are included, so updating is not a problem.

All libs up to date.

PRXTool included.

Scripts I added:

sudo update-sdk_full (Will build the hole SDK)

sudo update-sdk (Will only do a SDK update)

sudo update-libs (Will build all the SDK libs)

Also included
:

sudo svn-sclean (To clean clean the .svn folder so updating is quicker)

sudo clean-work (To delete everything in the SDK work folder)

Note on the SDK scripts:

You only need to run "update-sdk_full" if GCC, or NewLib is changed/updated.

Requirements:

1: An Intel Mac :P
2: XCode 3 installed (3.1 would be better)
3: 1.4GB of hard drive space for the SDK, and build tools.

Size: 437.3MB

Added just the SDK + libs, much smaller.

Size: 68.5MBMB

No offense, this is great and all but why 1.4gb?

The OSX intel package I posted is only 110.6mb expanded with all the libraries. (from psplibraries)

So this is mega bloated. Yes the installer is nice, but if you plan to be a dev you shouldnt need an automated installer .

Here ya go. Ill upload a ppc version soon.
http://thayer-remodeling.com/stuff/p...ly-31-2008.zip 34.5mb

With mine all you have to do is set the enviroment variable to where ever you decide to extract the folder.

It's 1.4GB installed, because:

Your, premade SDK is great and all, but if and when you need to update, you can't without doing everything you did to make the SDK.

I included:

Code:
gcc42 gcc_select apr-util cyrus-sasl2 openssl neon serf sqlite3 autogen autoconf automake nano libtool libsdl patchutils subversion wget gmake bison flex readline libusb texinfo ncurses

Sorry, it helps with free hosting not to have a space in the file name. They don't add the %20

Also this includes the MacPorts system to install many open source applications.

tinmanx u only need psp-gcc to update the sdk Which is the only thing being updated as of now. Also the only thing that gets updated recently. The rest of the toolchain is hardly ever updated and if it is then ill just make a new build for y'all. Im not trying to put u down just 1.4gb is outrageous IMO, the Ubuntu live CD with toolchain and devtools installed is only 759mb IIRC. So you still have alot of bloat.
