QJ.net Game Discussion - PSP, Xbox, Wii, PS3, PSP Homebrew, and PSP Guides

So I got a new PC and would really like to get back into spriting.

Most vets on QJ will agree I'm pretty good at it (one can be found in my sig).

So if anyone is up for making a simple enough game and wants a spriter I would love to help.

aaaa yeah! i need some soccer sprites i tried to make the goal posts and ask eld the sucked

if you could make me a soccer player size for PSP i can resize it

and a football and a goal post set. All soccer please xD so be creative thanks in advance

Due to the nature of sprites you can't just resize them so exact dimensions are needed.

I can say that serideth is pretty damn good with sprites...

Soccer Player: 150 h & 83w.
Goalposts: 220 h & 350w
Ball: 30h & 30w
if you could make a grass texture: 250h & 272w

psp is 480x272, im assuming width means 272

I could use some sprites. Simple 32x32's of an octopus, a wolf, and a hyena if possible. Basically just monsters. They don't have to look specific, as in someone would know it's a hyena, that doesn't matter. Just 3 monsters basically. If you could make multiple for animation that'd be great but not necessary. Thanks.

I could really use some sprites, my game is Uncharted Lands, and I currently have sprites, but only for walking, not for attacking, so if you could either edit the ones I have already, or just make completly new characters, I would really appreciate it. If your up for doing it, let me know and I'll give you more details on what I need.

Okay an update.

Two people have contacted me and given me proper information for what they need (Told me what it was for, sizes, colours, exactly what they will be used for ect ect.)

So I'm working on those right now and once I'm done I'll pick up from there.

I have taken the time to do a sprite tutorial you can find it here:

I really suggest you read it as it explains how they are done (also an example of my work).

If you're looking for a sorta 'full-time' sprite creating job in about a month I could use you ^^ It'd entitle you get a huge mention in the credits and possibly an easter egg in-game because of your work if you so wanted it.

I don't want to release any specifics publicaly however I do have many references for you to go off of so they shouldn't be too difficult to create (plus they are very small so they won't be in incredible detail)
