It was challenging to place the pieces, but I finally did it. However, It does not go on to the next level. I am sure every piece was in place right (it took 20 minutes). It also freezes and shuts down psp sometimes, I am not sure what button presses cause the shutdown yet... I will try to place them in the same place again since I got a screenshot.

I'd guess about half the ppl that dl it aren'tf going to bother with any jargon about keeping the game updated.

sry, xart, seems to elaborate for a homebrew game, you should rly scrap the DRM imo, but again, my opinion, just seems like to much work for something so simple

also, you seem like your making more of an point to the DPM, than the actual game, which too me, just isn't right

Lonpos calls the levels weeks, I might keep to the same naming and call the levels as weeks.

Also the way I intend to do these weeks/levels is that after completing one you unlock more weeks/levels giving the player somethink to aim for besides solving the puzzle.

should take me a day or two to get a BETA with weeks/levels done.

Are you ignorant intentionally? :/

We're all wondering why you really went to so much trouble to put DRM on your homebrew app. I'm sure if someone liked it they would intentionally look for an update. You could have built an update function into your program if you cared about it so much and make it mandatory that they download it. DRM is a poor way out of any situation IMHO.

Anyway, that said I will download your homebrew and test it and give you some feedback.

I am sorry if DRM is an issue for some but I felt it was needed for me.

I have had in the past homebrew that I spent a lot of time and hard work on for someone to come along and take credit for, even QJ on the main page gived him the credit for my hard work, remember Tetris with background & Sound for TIFF Homebrew, I got no credit for it, he got it and every one praised him untill they discovered I wrote it not him.

So it dose happen and have no choice for DRM or some other way to protect my work.
I am very Sorry if DRM is an issue at the moment but it is only a BETA build and on the 1st October it will be like the homebrew has no DRM in it.

The point is that you must have known having DRM in your homebrew wasn't going to go down well at all. I doubt you will get many people trying the final version of your application :/

In todays world DRM is becoming a hated thing, I understand how you all feel.

I am looking into removing DRM as you all seems to hate it big time.
I may not going to say I will 100%.

You actually made a "[RELEASE]" which signifies that you are making a request for news posters to post the news on front page (and host the file). What they did was perfectly FINE!

Got nothink against QJ, just pointing out it needs to be downloaded from my server to work.
That is what the DRM is about, keeping downloads on my server only so we don't end up with loads of diferant build of this game on the net and confuse users what is the latest build. besids that is also about protecting my work from piracy, yes it exists in homebrew

And lets start talking about Lonpos, PM if you need.

I am just finishing off the instructions in the game and be starting to post newer builds with a level picker, screenshots will also be posted as some users have requested them so they can see what this puzzle game looks like.

I enjoy playing it myself alot and forget about developing it most of the time, also may be doing up the graphics a bit by making the pieces look like the actual Lonpos pieces.

Don't know what you lot feel about the graphics but looking a bit not quite right to me.

Also how do you find the controls, would a mouse control concept be nice or are the buttons with digital-pad ok.

drag & drop, mouse ui is at the moment in digital mode so I may be able to adopt a drag & drop in time but most likely be after 1st October so would be an update to the game.

I have change the way you select another piece after placing one, it now selects the next unplaced piece. I am hoping this will make it a nicer feel to play as it dose seem nicer to me.

I will be uploading that build today so you and others can download and try out your self.

Oh and if anyone got some better sound, post them to me and be credited on the main menu screen.

[UPDATE]
BUILD 1B462 (BETA 1.4.62)
These build numbers are generated automatic, inc on every compile of the source code, lets you see how much I am working on the project.
Final version 1.0.0.00 is BUILD 0C000 (.00 is never shown so would be version 1.0.0)

DATA.DRM dose need to be downloaded as well for the updated release, this keeps older version out of circulation. Once launched it will remain usable even if a newer version is releast so don'y worry about that anyone.

WHATS NEW!
Well I have changed to way you goto the next piece to place, instead of manualy selecting the next piece it now will selcet it for you automaticaly skipping an allready placed pieces.

This allows for quicker placing of pieces with fewer button pressing. Healthy fingers makes healthy game play.

DRM
After 1st Lonpos will go free of DRM, I will release it at first with DRM then remove it once it is well known that I developed it.

Hope this will in some ways please some.

Snake, Tetris will have DRM at first like Lonpos
