Ok here is Wat i have done up to now

well, my advice is
get rid of the trademarks, make a rip off (maybe change color scheme (red), make psd or graphic files available for modification, so it blends with xmb)

also, make it so it only shows apps/games for your fw version, or add in something for this,

make some kind of system, so its able to tell whether the game will be compatible, 1.5 kernal etc, just echo everything reasonable about the psp to the server

KEEP IT UPDATED, DONT POST CRAP (PIXEL FIXERS, BUTTON TESTERS, MAYBE GET SOME HELP TO SOURCE OUT NEW GOOD RELEASES, TRY TO UPDATE SOMETHING EVERY WEEK, EVEN IF ITS A NEWS ARTICLE MAGAZINE, OR THEME)

and keep up the good work

This, like so many other attempts at a homebrew "store", is doomed to failure.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The only way an application like this will ever be successful is if it is made by an experienced dev, and has the support of a major homebrew database (like dl.qj.net) (enough support for them to repackage everything into a consistent format)

That's what all the new store/Lua "devs" say, and then their projects fail. Start a smaller project first.

why, why hit out at lua, its just lua is more prone to the beginners, its still the devs and theres plenty of c/c++ devs which have done the same

It is basically in alternative PSN store that "sells" (<--its all free) homebrew PSP applications. What me and some other people are working on (and testing) is a plugin that will redirect you to his homebrew store when you click the PSN store.

and here is wat am makeing it in flash it will not be a big app becoz the psp can only handle so mutch
anyways

the php vershion will be avilible soon aka 1 week <---this vershion will have little homebrew OK!
flash is gunna take a little longer coz of all the homebrew lol i have all the catagorys sorted out just we need a few more people to write someing for the description of the homebrew if we get enouth people to do that then the flash one may come sooner then exspeted for beta!!!

In the last few months, I have seen 5 failed Lua RPGs, several failed Lua games, etc. If you're an experienced programmer transitioning to the PSP, I am willing to guarentee that you aren't going to pick up Lua on the PSP. Hence, I refered to them as "new store/Lua devs". I think that's perfectly fair and that I'm justified to my opinion.

yes your justified to an opinion
but it is wrong, i could name a few lua devs, for example IWN himself, is he new

ill i do get what you are saying, that most are, its not true that all are

ok about this project, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE DOING

is it a prx app, that is coded from scratch, ie just like an eboot only in prx format to be launched directly from the xmb

im pretty sure this is redirecting like you said however, do you have a clue about what is being called form the server, and how to lay the server out

instead of necessarily redirecting, how you stopping the connecting to PSN, making a new connection to your server, read your serve rin the format of your choosing and forcing/patching in the value, for example

cut connection to PSN
make connection to your server (you know how it works so it should be simple enough)
parse the data
and now fill in the empty spaces (because its no connected to psn), by changing values in memory, much like that of cheatdevices

or how you literally redirecting and having the same server layout as psn
(because i think that would be quite difficult and im not sure whether your experienced with psp deving)

howvever good luck, hope i havnt offended you, this message isnt meant like that
