[RELEASE] Davee's Unlimited Character Version and Mac Address Spoofer

With the release of 5.02 GEN-A, I thought I might update my version spoofer. I updated it in 2 minutes. I felt it wasn't enough to do so I did a little more work (not much though xD) and added spoofing for the Mac Address aswell.

Here is the basic changelog:

- Automatic detection of character set (Ascii/ansi or Unicode)
- Added 5.02 GEN-A support
- Added Mac Address editing

English isn't my strong point (Well I am Scottish xD) so here is the readme (full of errors, I know xD)

[Davee's Unlimited Character Version and Mac Spoofer]

[What is this?]
This is a spoofer (aka faker) for the information found in the XMB->Settings->System Settings->System Information. This version supports the firmwares of 5.00 and 5.02 and includes spoofing of both System Version and Mac Address. So you can personalize the XMB Information for whatever you need, including your own imaginary "8.32342 0xDEADBEEF" firmware and matching mac address.

[Install]
Copy the "sysconf_spoofer.prx" to the "seplugins" folder on your MEMORY STICK and add a line to vsh.txt (or create one within seplugins folder) and add the line "ms0:/seplugins/sysconf_spoofer.prx 1" and then make a "spoofversion.txt" and/or a "spoofmac.txt" in seplugins folder. Within these, write your hearts desire; with either ascii (normal text) or Unicode* (special characters). Reboot your PSP, and be amazed at your system information.

These types of spoofers don't actually change the MAC address.
There was one written by DAX for 3.71.

DC7/8 can generate a random MAC address. I would backup your IDStorage keys first. The noobz MAC fixer will do just that, as well as DC7/8 if you need it set back.

Most likely external plugins messing with it. Disable others and see if it makes a difference.
