    Talking [WIP]Unofficial CPS1PSP Cheat support

    Hi everybody,

One feature missing of the great NJ emulators was cheat support. Maybe one day NJ returns to amaze us with their fabulous creations, but meanwhile I have been working adding cheat support to his CPS1PSP emulator.

This Unofficial Work In Progress version supports the cheat format used in FinalBurn Alpha and is ready for anyone who wants to test it.

Nice work Dave, Will this still have the rewind function as well? Once you use an emulator with rewind it's hard to go back. :P I am still praying for a Neo-Geo emulator with rewind.. That would make my year! :)

    H SpooNManX!

Yes, the "final" unofficial CPS1PSP release will include:
-Some bootleg roms support (at least SF2 Red Wave)
    -Rewind

Maybe I will also include mirror mode, but I'm not completely sure. I didn't include rewind in this version because it's more easy to debug cheats problems.

And for Neo-Geo...(and CPS2) it could be possible, but only for PSP SLIM (due the extra RAM required). But that definitely will take more time (I don't have a PSP SLIM)

Darn.. There is no way to get rewind working with the caching system on the PSP original? I actually bought a PSP 2000 (slim) and ended up selling it because I thought it felt cheap. Would it be possible to have rewind work on the smaller Neo-Geo roms that don't max out the PSP's 32MB memory? I really prefer the older Neo-Geo games anyway (well, except for Metal Slug 3). :P
