PSPBTCNF tool is updated to V3

now it has backup/restore function

......and 3G PSP support. hehe

A backup and restore is a nice addition, at least this way of any newbies mess up they'll have an easy option without re-installing the firmware. Also covers you if for some reason the apps got a nasty bug in it, which is always nice lol.

A dedicated plugin flasher is a nice addition too - I'm assume thats what Plugin2Flash will be when its done.

manatails007 i dont know why the PARAM.SFO must be in the folder with the eboot.

nickxab; it's because PARAM.SFO contains informations about EBOOT
ex) Title, Icon, supported firmware, parental control level

yes but the param.sfo is already on the eboot
