PSPBTCNF tool is updated to V3

now it has backup/restore function
......and 3G PSP support. hehe


AND BE PREPARED FOR MY NEXT RELEASE : PLUGIN2FLASH

A backup and restore is a nice addition, at least this way of any newbies mess up they'll have an easy option without re-installing the firmware. Also covers you if for some reason the apps got a nasty bug in it, which is always nice lol.

A dedicated plugin flasher is a nice addition too - I'm assume thats what Plugin2Flash will be when its done.
