Yep sure. I take my news off because he is to complicated in his head.

I'am the first that made a news on his portal and PSPGEn is the first too when you type "PSPOD 1.4" on google and instead of something like "merci" he comes to threaten me with law pursuit because I host his file on PSPGEn.
I respect all normal rules with a clear link to his site in the news AND in the download sheet printed like : 'source : http://www.psppod.tk/" . And, I let inside the zip all the readme's files.

But it is not enough and he speak to me with words like "YOU DESOBEY" and some others orders like this but I'am not a dog so, I decide to respect his will, I take PSPPOD off my site and never put anything from him on it.

I really think that when we news a program or a portal we make a free good advertising to the autor. More the product is share, more he is known...

Just note that here he says "merci" to QJ with the file hosted on QJ servers. Two ways of thinking, two ways of speaking... I let you judge yourself.

Magixien, even though you haven't broken any laws or done anything wrong you should just apologise and then refuse to advertise anything to do with JDawson in future at all costs.

JDawson, you could have just ruined your big moment. You could have done without this type of attention as it might ruin your chances of being supported by some MAJOR psp sites and dev teams. Mud sticks and surely if this petty arguement gets out you are probably going to lose friends.

If you really want to know something about legalities, I'm pretty sure that you, JDawson, are infringing copyrights that belong to Apple. The original design of the Iphone/Ipod dashboard (which you have reproduced for the psp) belongs to Apple.

My point being, are you going to be so quick with a lawyer if Apple are biting at your ankles? I think not.

I was going to download this application because it looked good but I think I will swerve it incase I get a lawsuit filed against me.... See how petty and childish this can get unnessessarily?

Its a pity you feel that way but all i wanted to know is why he had stolen my work and not asked me. If you wish i can send you the convo all i wanted was him to say you know what im sorry and that would have been it but he had to lie to me. Im sorry i got my lawer involved and i wish that you would just say sorry because i had no problem with letting you keep it you where the one that said you must remove it but i have no problem with letting you use it. As well thsi is not much your buessness and i wish that others stay out of it also but if he had only folowed the instructions then this problem would not have occured. I wish to keep tabs on the downloads and i have a right to do that. A far example is ipsp you CAN NOT host it on your server or they will press charges which i have seen before. So to end this all i wanted him to do when i started the convo is that he change the instructions to say it goes in the r00t which it was designed for and he had to make it a argument. i was and had let him get a way with what he did and that is the end of this. So please it was all a misunderstanding and i have spoken (told off my lawer) and we can shake hands?

Without a copy right you have no legal athority.

Its like (and i hate to use an analogy with rappers) when "dem franchise boys" stole the song "lean wit it" from d4l. d4l couldnt sue them because they never copy written there work and this guy gives you all the credit and its just hosted on there servers.
