Really slowed down my PSP booting up. Writing the vsh.txt also messed with the one I already had, and made my XMB buggy (I was using CXMB). Starting RECOVERY menu from XMB froze my PSP. I'm using a PSP Slim.

You also need to make an uninstaller in case people want to go back.

This is just my experience. Others might have better ones.

Whenever I exit out the menu with Select button, it starts acting weird. It moves by it self! The first time it happened, it went to play a song, then the control panel came up by itself, and started doing random stuff. Could you please fix this bug? It's VERY annoying. Plus, everything else work, even the recovery does, but this bug is killing me.

Wow, looks great, ill test it out on both my slim and phat and let you know how it goes for both. thanks alot, ive been enjoying your app for awhile.

also, i think a good addition would be, for the "LOAD EBOOT" option, it would be great to have it check the /PSP/GAME/VSH/... directory first and if it doesnt find anything there, to check another location like /PSP/COMMON/VSH/... for an eboot. because it would be great to launch an eboot from your ultimate vsh menu app that cannot be found in the XMB under the GAME/Memory Stick icon. i just think it would be quite simple to implement and a great addition to the app. but it is a great app already.

also, does anyone know if there is a .prx that holds the M33 vsh menu, because then we could just replace that .prx with the ultimate vsh menu.prx... that would be awesome, to be able to use that as the default vsh menu.

anyway, great app. thanks alot man.

Just tested it on phat and slim. Seems to be the same results as everyone has already stated. on the slim it seemed to freeze, and sometimes it would go to a random place in the XMB and then the buttons wouldnt work. on the phat it seemed to work perfect. weird problem as youd think it would run smoother on the slim. good luck on finding the problem. im guessing you werent able to test it on the slim? but if you have anything you want me to try on my slim just let me know and ill test it for you.
also, i dont use CXMB so thats not the problem.

    Exclamation

I got a problem with CXMB being enabled with this

    Before:

    After:

    Slim PSP
To get teh second picture i had to enable the regular vsh menu while having the ultimate one still enabled
Otherwise the PSP would just crash or be stuck on a blank screen
It also slows down the boot process alot!

And there are tons of differences between slim and phat p0p0...

Disable this plugin under recovery menu...
The cxmb bug fix come in the next days;)
And the Game Categories bug isn't from Ultimate VSH Menu, it doesn't work because "Use VshMenu" is on "Disabled"

It seems that a lot of people are encountering problems with this updated version of the VSH menu. So I will not update it I suppose, and the previous version is fine for me.
