Ardatan has released a mod of PSPtube that loads much faster

This mod increases the memory which PSPTube uses... So PSPTube runs faster...

Copy all files in it to PSP/GAME and run PSPTube - HighMem...

I use this too, I saw it at maxconsole..I wonder why Ardatan never posted it here... oh well...

I've came up with this simple fix to hide the unused PSPTube icon from xmb, just open the HighMemMod eboot with a hex-editor ... find and hex-edit the (two) text strings in his eboot from this:
"ms0:/PSP/GAME/PSPTube/EBOOT.PBP"

to something like this:
"ms0:/PSP/GAME/HMM/UPT/EBOOT.PBP"
(or you can change the UPT or HMM to any 3 digit folder name)

Then rename the PSPTube folder to UPT (or the name you chose) and move it into ardatan's HighMemMod folder (and rename that to HMM)

I haven't had any problems with the HighMemMod, it's a pretty good addition to PSPTube

I don't need it, I only have PSPTube on my PSP. I rarely using PSPTube.

i cant run it for some reason, it says it's loading, then i get a game cannot load screen (80010002)
have both dirs in the /games/ dir

also, is there anyway to get this to work with the game category prx?

edit; nvmd, fixed it with the hex edit that was mentioned, the dir are absolute

I got it to work by hex editing (as mentioned above) the High Memory eboot to point to PSP/APP/PSPTUBEM/EBOOT.PBP, then moved that High Memory folder to my CAT_Applications directory, and moved the PSPTube Folder to my APP folder.

I also did the same thing to htmlviewer_plugin.prx for the NetFront Browser (Moving the NETFRONT folder to the APP directory) and compiled it into CTF themes I use.

I tried going to youtube, but all it shows at the bottom is the time ticker, 00:00 and a blank screen...Does it just take a long time?? I'm using a psp 3000 with cfw 5.03 GEN-A Full, and I have run PSPident already...

You must press the circle button to search the video that you want.

Because this site is all but dead (not being mean)
i have been here for awhile and been watching it slowly die.
I went from days where it was so active that you would hit refresh on your browser and there would be another page in the thread your on.
now a day most threads are from that lame QJbot that just spams the forums I guess to make it look like the forums are active.
dont get me wrong I am not hating the site I was really hoping it would pull through but as time goes by the closer to death it becomes.

I pop in from time to time to see how its doing but like alot of people I have been forced to look elsewhere for help (NO I am not talking about that site that basicly put the stake in qj's heart) I use multiple sites now not just one like back in the day when QJ was hoppin

how can i enable the psp tube to view my own videos ?

thanks i already find the site folder, looking at the js files look very hard :Argh:

is there a way to stream without the youtube scripts ? i mean just having a index.html inside this will have thumb and url, in a table when i click link it will start stream nothing hard just simple method to fire the stream from html without all the hevay scripting ?:humped:

It is my qj blog that i uploade3d my psptube scripts. ;)

EDIT: I hosted the scripts yesterday and toay the youtube script doesn't work.
