Default [RELEASE] XBMC Controller v1.1

XBMC Controller V1.1 - By Ooblik

This is a controller for XBMC. Written in C and not crappy LUA like the others.
It includes the basic controls and the ability to send messages to the XBOX.

This is an early version so it may be buggy.
To Go To The Menu Press L+R.

ooblik@gmail.com

Installation

1. Extract "XBMC Controller" to your X:/PSP/GAME/ folder.

2. Edit "config.txt". To match your XBOX IP Address and Webserver Port.

EXAMPLE:
xbox_ip = "xbox";
xbox_port = 80;
xbox_pass = "yourpassword";

3. In XBMC make sure your webserver is enabled.

Changes

1.1
- You can now control password protected webservers. (Thanks to clpetty for bringing this to my attention. XD)
- Added option to reload configuration.
- Controls can now be re-mapped in the configuration file.

looks good so far. What about having dual xbmc setups going? Currently my bedroom tv has an xbmc setup (green halo 1 xbox) and the htpc is running an xbmc frontend...

Also, Is there any plans to implement a full gui version, or just the control forwarding?

like XBMC RI, i believe it's called. There's a google code group for it, it's lua though.

My hope is to recode it and add things like multiple configurations, a gui for browsing media etc.., and when they fix the screenshot bug in XBMC to be able to see the screen on the PSP as well.. Kinda like a VNC thing.. I just need the time and help:P

PM me if anyone has ideas or help I'm open to just about anything!

It hangs upon starting (getting a light-gray screen). Have entered the lan ip, made sure the webserver is running (it is), and have triple-checked the config file. I usually have to hard-reset two times in order for it to boot normally after attempting a run.

vsh.txt, (might be a plugin conflict?):
ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1
ms0:/seplugins/screen.prx 1
ms0:/seplugins/popsloader.prx 1

Not sure what could be causing it, and am dying to try this plugin. Any ideas appreciated.
