Flash Dumper TEST Via HEN

This is a program dumps the Lflash Via the new HEN, this should work with ALL psp's with the HEN.

Why would there be a need when there is already NANDTool in 3.XX kernel?

Flash dumper. There is access to read flash, but not to write to it.
