Are you using the flash0 method(vsh) or the program?

I use the program but i also tryed the plugin both do not work (the only thing that does work is the home button)

You shouldn't patch the vsh file, and then use the program, it should be to use the program either patch the vsh file. Anyways if this didn't help, I recommend reflashing your psp by using Hellcat's recovery flasher to 5.00m33-4 then go directly to 5.00m33-6, then try to use the program.Hope I helped you to solve it.

because i have a flash theme and in the MODULE folder the are 2 files you should not overwrite that are the htmlviewer_plugin and the htmlviewer_utility both are PRX files i hope this will help with others who have these problem to

Hey

I am new in this forum,so you can call me a noob. But seriously, i searched google,and this site for an answer,but found nothing relevant.

The problem is simple.

Because the readme does not say HOW to install the browser that is why i am getting lost at what to do. All i need to know is HOW to make it work. I put the HtmlMax_eng folder in GAME folder,launch the browser (black sreen all the way) and in about 10 second my psp shuts down completely (not sleep mode,turns off).

Really, i do not know what else to do with other two folders,and where is flash0 and what is kernel. If someone could clearly explain to me what to do or give me a link with instructions that would be all i need.

My psp is is psp - 1000.
CF 5.00 M33-6

you put it in the right folder but maybe is a software problem (i mean in the 5.00 m33) so try to reflash it.

if you're using a ctf theme, you should disable it...

Ok,I will try that in a following week,because I have no idea hot to do that,my mate installed the custom firmware.

EDIT: I am using another theme (other than the original or classic) downloaded some other themes and used them. I disabled it,switched to classic,but still the same turn off.

Change "seplugins" folder's name to seplugins_bak to disable all plugins. And disable PTF theme if you're using, too...

Your friend might have flashed a theme to the PSP. You might want to try to reinstall your custom firmware so that the flash0 gets restored to it's original state.

Ok so my PSP is now reflashed and working.

The browser also works and the problem was semm to be the custom theme which reset my kernel to 1.5 or something. Now its set correct and the browser is working fine.

P.S. Does anybody know if it is possible to log in to OGame from this browser? Because when i try to it only refreshes the main home page instead of loging me into my account.

In order to use my extra RAM on the slim for Netfront 4.0 I have to overwrite htmlviewer_plugin.prx w/ version included in the download into flash0/vsh/module, correct?

BTW HtmlMax_Eng is already in the game folder and it works faster than PSP browser already, but I want it to run @ max speed and memory, thx.

alrighty... pages that loaded up before i put the new prx in and was using it from the game file don't load up the same.

for instance, now i get the "not enough memory" message more.

speed's good but not enough damn memory... what's up w/ that?

I have a question.
I tried this app many times on my PSP and loads fine. But when I load a flash game from my memory stick it still says 'Not enough memory' and stuff. So i still have the same limitations as I've always had.

It is some small flash games load a bit faster, but not more than 2.5 MB.

So how can i succesfully install the HighMemoryMod?

My PSP is 5.00 M33-6 -
With all Custom themes and plugins currently disabled.

Now I have the original Htmlviewer_plugin.prx again.

VSH Plugin isn't stable, it is still beta. We are recoding the program. We will release stable version of Netfront HMM... And we are trying to get more speed in VSH plugin...
And New HighMemoryMod Launcher is coming....

If you get full performance you should disable your all plugins, uninstall your theme, disable PTF theme and read the instructions properly...

First of all, we will release offline version of our new app for testing the formats(wmv, avi etc.) and we will add it Youtube Support... Finally, we will release final version(1.0 Stable)...

Any update to the new release and will there be a htmlviewer_plugin.prx for 5.50? I tried hexing an untouched but decompressed one and failed it miserably. Using the one included with Beta 4 just reboots the PSP.

BTW, the song in the eboot is so beautiful that I had to purchase it from amazon. New song on the PSP to fall asleep to now
