Default LED Controller

well i've been trying to create a working plugin for some time now, i think it was when i first released flash spacer i was googling for samples to look at, and now after months of studying the SDK i have made a simple plugin to activate/deactivate the LED's.

I would ask you to leave comments and feedback.

press L and R to activate/deactivate the LED's

LED Controller

Like when the lights turn on you have to press a button
When both turn on you have to press 2 buttons
You could make them get faster and faster with each level

nice work man! but I've got an idea, how about a plugin that everytime the PSP's led switches to red (charging), a fe;ale voice says: ''Charging.''
you could say a sound loader for each lec color

it was initially called LEDcontrol but then i realised there was one called it a while back that i used to use. so renamed my version it to LED_Controller, obviously i forgot to rename the prx. sorry folks!

it works great thanks for the great plugin, just an idea i though it would be neat if you made all the leds flash when you turned them back on

alex_e, does yours actually turn off ALL the leds? The old one didn't and internally it wouldn't know what was going on when you used sleep. I added a sysevent handler to LEDControl deal with sleep, but never had the time to go any farther (src., if you'd like it)

Chances are I'll forget to check back on this site to post/discuss this later so I posted that source now... thanks for your work on this, I hate bright LED's annoying me in bookr ^^

wow! i feel priviledged having you talk to me
well no

when you use this and go into standby, the green light goes all buggy and flashes alot then its supposed to, then we you switch it on you have to re-deactivate the LED's. i download the SRC for the one you supplied and i'll have a look at it when i have some free time

and the LED's are really annoying when you're trying to focus on the screen, especailly if the battery is low and theyre blinking :|

That's ok, some days I feel privileged to have someone to talk to ... (though I still have to wonder, I've just been floating around for a few years but I'm getting thoughts like yours and 'can I haz an interviewz' when I truly haven't contributed all that much beyond sharing my usually self-serving tidbits)

Hope that bit helps, sysevent handling is in the sdk or at least on ps2dev somewhere as well (in a different form)
