Default Porting Linux Apps to PSP

I was wondering how do I port Linux apps to the psp. I've recently found Super Tux for the psp, and have been considering porting over several other games from Linux. Do I just need to change paths in the makefile, or are there other things that I have to do to get the dependencies?

you have to know C/C++ for PC and PSP to port an app, then you could edit the source code in order to fit for the PSP.
