[RELEASE] Despertar del Cementerio v8 Mod by Red Bull PSP

We are a new team formed by a friend and by me.
We've done a blog, but I won't give the url yet.

Talking about the app : We've done a new mod of the Despertar del Cementerio v8.

The software allow you to install all complete cfw 5.50 like Gen or Mhu , install 4.01 M33 and emulate 5.00 M33 using the memory stick.

Here are our first release as a group.





Installation:



First, copy the PSP (of our package) folder to the root of your PSP and click on the option of replacing it.

Download the firmware 5.00 official eboot and copy it to the root of the memory stick, renamed to 500.PBP

Download the official release of the v8 Despertar del Cementerio by Dark_AleX  and copy the folder dc8 to PSP/GAME5xx

(don't change names of folders or whatever)

Now go to the games menu, and load our eboot

(PSP Update 5.50).

Press X -> DC8 will be loaded with a mini-hack done by us to write the mod of DC

(no risk of brick in this process).

After installation, press X, and press X. If you don't press the button, the mod won't be written.

All done.

Now simply, if you want to install cfws of 5.50, complete download cfw 5.50 or as Gen MHU and copy to

PSP / GAME / UPDATE

(before you do this, rename the main EBOOT.PBP of these cfw to UPDATER.PBP and then you can copy the files / file to update folder.

From dc menu you can install the firmware 4.01 M33 or OFW putting the official sony eboot 4.01 in the root with name 401.PBP

And you can also emulate the 5.00 firmware from memory, or install cfw 5.50's doing the procedure explained in the previous paragraph.

So, this installs 4.01 in flash, 5.05 on MS, and then emulated the 5.05 in the flash? 0_o

Nice but i prefer to emulate the 5.50 CFW from the ms.

The software emulate 5.00 M33 using Memory stick and can install in flash, 4.01 M33 and 5.50 CFW as Gen/Mhu.

For emulate 5.50 cfw using the memory stick, (not sure) I think that the file tmctrl500 need to be updated.

lol. All DC8 files haven't been done by me, only the mod is done by me with the resurrection.prx, eboot.pbp and wings_dc.prx file. Wings_dc hack in ram the DC8 installer and remove Dark_AleX's resurrection and put our resurrection which you can install 5.50 cfw...

The rest of the files have been written by Dax.


For this reason you need to download the official DC8 of Dax, and Dax and other developers get credits. The scene have not been done by one person, never.

It dont work for me. It gets to "creating directories" then shuts of.

Any help to get it to work.

Remove the 5.01 fix and try again

I done it. I had to use timemachine to load up 3.60M33 then i set it up that way.

I don't get this mod. I know GEN had A then B so what Eboot would I have to put to install Proper 5.50 GEN-B.

I know its there as if I crash out an update it loads 500M33 from MS but how can I get it to boot directly to 500M33?
