Default [RELEASE] Game Dev Helper v1.0

This is a PC program for Windows that will help you doing the graphicall design of your PSP game or application. I don't know if you'll find it usefull but if you do I will make new versions and will add support for NDS. The program is in English, Catalan and Spanish (You can change the language in the options menu).

Features:
  • PSP screen simulator that lets you load 2 different images to get their exact coordinates.
  • A color palette that gives you the RGB values of any color.

It should work on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Thanks ktix007 for this, it's pretty helpful. Is there a way to click on an image and get the RGB? This would be very useful.

How is Microsoft Paint different from my paint program (Paint.NET)that tells me the same things +more? ..lol. Next up Photoshop anyone? Oh I know The GIMP...

Anyway I would like a program that determines RGB values over another pick a color or pick from a list.
