1. ## [RELEASE] Preview Contents Hidder - Browsing/Loading faster

Tested on 5.00 M33-6 and 5.50 GEN-B

[What is this?]
This is a plugin wich allows you to hide ICON0.PNG, ICON1.PMF, PIC0.PNG, PIC1.PNG and SND0.AT3 of UMDs, PBPs and savedates in the XMB menu. So you can browsing/loading faster. Or maybe you wouldn't to see the background image

The configuration file(hidder.txt) allows you also to choose wich file you want to hide.

This plugin supports all PSP models & CFW 3.90 M33 or higher

[Install]
Just copy "hidder.prx" and "hidder.txt" to the "seplugins" folder and enable this plugin like other plugins.
Nothing simple as that:P

[For noobies]
ICON0.PNG - The small preview image
ICON1.PMF - The video
PIC0.PNG - The small background image
PIC1.ONG - The big background image
SND0.AT3 - The music

[Credits]
Thanks to Vegetano1 for the image and for beta-testing

Enjoy the plugin!

2. thats useful, one suggestion, when the background image loads it is delayed for a few seconds, is this loading time? if it is not or you can reduce the time it takes to load that image then it would be a good feature to have, also maybe you can implement a feature to open the osk so that you can search for some text and it will take you to the first homebrew after the current one wiht that text in?

Possible. See this... it's a bit of a kludge as a proof of concept and only for 5.00 vshmain.prx offsets, but it works without delay (it keeps the wave above your hi res chose background.)

12. Thanks TN for an another great homebrew. :)

I mean OSK in VSH isn't possible:).

I have a question to your code:

Why patch to FF7F?

Code:
ptr = ptr+160912;
ptr[0] = 0xFF;
ptr[1] = 0x7F;

14. Thanks man this is helpful.
I want it for the psx saves.

15. Thanks Total_Noob - works a treat. One question though - could this be used to hide the "Uncategorized" folder from the "game categories" plugin?

16. great job man, been looking for something like this!!

17. It looks good but...is this ChickHEN compatible?
