[RELEASE] LightMP3 2.0.0 RC3

Hi!

After a long time I'm here to release LightMP3 Version 2.0.0 RC3

The main changes are:
-Support for WMA (Windows Media Audio) file with full support (volume boost, formward/rewind and tag reading with cover art)
-Bookmark function for audiobook (please read the readme for instructions)
-Support for Japanese language (the translations has been made by cboy)
-Better fast forward/rewind

Also Chinese should work fine, but I don't know chinese so I cannot test it.
If you want to try just look at the japanese language and skin and change the alternative font to gb3s1518.bwfon

I tested this version on CF 3.52 M33 and 5.00 M33, please someone confirm if it works fine on 5.50GEN

Version RC2 was "released" in the LightMP3 forum just for testing, so the changelog includes changes from RC1 and RC2.
Here's the full changelog:

-Added: When pressing L the song will restart if more than 2% has been played
-Added: support for relative path in playlists
-Added: support for WMA (Windows Media Audio)
        Many thanks to cooleyes and hrimfaxi for the sample
-Added: "Sleep Timer" feature (kurian2z5)
-Added: Bookmark function (for audiobook): press L+Circle while listening to a track.
        There's a new option in the settings file.
        SHUTDOWN_AFTER_BOOKMARK=0
        The default is 0, if set to 1 the psp will shut down after creating a bookmark.
        The next time you'll start LightMP3 will ask you if you want to load the saved bookmark.
-Fixed: standardized the fast forward/rewind speed for the different codecs (kurian2z5)
-Fixed: Conflict with Hold+ (kurian2z5)
        Added a setting to disable the "display off on hold".
        If you use Hold+ please disable this in LightMP3.
-Fixed: Korean language support.
-Fixed: shuffle (always the same number were generated in RC1)
-Fixed: Added sql transaction to playPlaylist (faster change of track)
-Fixed: Bug in ID3v2.2 parsing
-Fixed: Bug in scrobbler log (time saved to file was the end of the track)

As noticed in a comment in the homepage I forgot to add the setting to set the wma clock speed and the "track restart" feature doesen't work with WMA.
Expect bugfix release today or tomorrow.

Just to confirm with my German PSP1004
5.50-Gen A Build4: works
5.50-Gen-B: Intro OK, seems to hang but you can exit normal
5.50-Gen-B2: works

It hangs on Gen B due to a bug in Gen B which they fixed in B2, which is why it works on B2. Read Changelogs ffs People
