Default 1.50 Updater for 5.00 firmware?

Is it possible to hex-edit a 1.50 Updater EBOOT, so it would run on 5.00m33-6 or lower and update it to 1.50? (To get 1.50 firmware on the slim/lite/3000 psps with 5.xx modules to make it run on the slim/lite/3000)

No, for so many reasons. Why would it be possible?
Once you hex edit anything, you destroy it's signature check.
Secondly, the updater is an encrypted eboot like any other eboot.
You can't just hex edit encrypted files knowing the result once decrypted.
Thirdly, well there's plenty more, but that'll do.

Is there another way to get the 1.50 kernel (with X.XX modules) on a slim&lite psp? (Like using another DATA.PSP for the 1.50 Updater)

Is it possible to get the "1.50 kernel with 3.40 modules" on your flash/NAND? That way we can get 1.50 on a slim/lite psp (like writing those files to the nand using an updater).

Its Simply Not Possible(tm). the PSP 2000 cannot run 1.50 firmware because of the hardware differences.
Its like telling someone who only knows how to use a stand up mixer to go and whisk a bowl of eggs.

there are ways to run 1.5 homebrew on 3.00OE+, and thats eLoader and LEDA. eLoader (From Noobz!) kinda "in-memory" translates the differences and LEDA i believe uses a 1.50 kernel module to do the translation.

I know that it's possible to use 1.50 kernel on the slim/lite. I use the timemachine v0.1-created pandora memstick app: 1.50 with 3.40 hw modules. It works OK (except the game bootup, the psp logo is a bit corrupt. Tried to fix this with 5.00m33-4 files for the boot screen, but it didn't work...).

Is it possible to take this version of 1.50 with 3.40 HW Modules and install/copy it to my NAND and execute it? (That way i DO HAVE 1.50 KERNEL, sort of, on my PSP SLIM)

If it's possible, then HOW?

You can only run 1.50 Kernel apps with LEDA 0.2.

No, it is not possible. Time machine is modified to make 1.50 work on the PSP Slim, but with a couple of modifications from the own software I think.
