AVEC GPS Source release

Hi Guys,
Here is the main.c file for AVEC V7 GPS program (serial version).
I am also making the complete source code available via email.
See the readme for details.

The main.c file included is enough to see how the file converter routines work though,
and I'm hoping I might get some help with the Windows PC file converter one day in future.
