You can downgrade at Gamestop!!! Sell your PSP at Gamestop or EB Games, they give you 183 store credit. Then ask them for a 1.5 Used PSP (which usually costs $200 for just the PSP unit). Check if its 1.5 and HOLY CRAP you've just downgraded!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks but this has been mentioned before.. not a very practical solution.
