Just ported the jumpNrun game SuperTux to the PSP, well, because I love it
For those of you who don't know what it is:

SuperTux is a classic 2D jump'n run sidescroller game in a style similar to the original Super Mario games

Here are the command lists:

In the menus

1. Use the analog stick to move through the current menu
2. Press any key to confirm selection
3. Press cross to close menu

At the level selection

1. Use the analog stick to move through the mini-map
2. Press circle to confirm level
3. Press cross to show/hide menu

In-game

1. Use the analog stick to move
2. Press triangle to jump
3. Press circle to confirm life lost
4. Press circle to shoot a star
5. Press cross to show/hide menu

Notes:
-> You can't choose OpenGL mode in the options menu because the PSP doesn't support it
-> I still haven't implemented an OSK so you currently can't give your custom level a name
-> It automatically sets the clock frequencies at maximum level for faster loading/buffering
-> It takes about 20 seconds to fully load so be patient;)

I will be adding the Sony OSK in the next release, and maybe an installation wizard.

lol i love this game on windows and now we have it for psp thanks. by the way if there option we can't use why not just take it off?

o thanks, maybe he can download it because he a mod and they mostly have all right in the forum and i am a normal user.( not even a developer STATS )

EDIT:
Seems cool but 2 things i found weire:

First for some weired reason if you use it with GameCatergorie[Latest release] in a sub folder it crashes the psp when trying to load the folder(not even starting the game itself).

Second, is there anyway you can make it run using direction pad instead of the anolog becuase it run superfast on my psp when i click down on the analog(in other word it goes up and down skiping 3 or four option at a time when i press up once)

Beside that it seem it working(haven been able to really play the game due to the second problem)
i also wish it could load up way faster then that. maybe translate it to a faster graphic lib instead of using sdl graphic lib and maybe for the music aswell.

Even if I translated it to another library it wouldn't speed up that much, because there are dozens of files to load.
The directory path is hardcoded, it doesn't look for the current one, so you'll have to put it in ms0:/PSP/GAME/SuperTux;)

Then why don't you just remove that option?

Because I was planning to do that for the next release
And I forgot that the original was GPL-licensed, so I added a link to the source code on the first post;)
But don't expect much from it, I just added the essentials for it to run smoothly on the PSP;)

The other version that someone else ported did crash a few times for me the last time i played it. (Talking about a year ago )

[email protected] o thank you but if they say no i understand becuase i have been afk for a while with not releasing any of my work to public and becuase of that god has punish me by making me lose all my work(about 3gb of psp work ) anyway now i learn a less to that and i start working one project at a time and release it as soon as i think it a working version of it :)

Hey man i played alot this game and i can say that's it's funny but i have a problem.
It's difficult with the joy stick.Can you make the d-pad to work please ?
By the way this a mario clone or vice versa ?

Just kidding, its GPLd so you don't need to ask me, just as long as you release the modified source code.
But you could also use my new sexy Lua interpreter, its awesome and will save a lot of trouble, like deciphering the codeXD
